Leading Rental Property Management company in Butler County; has a need for an IT Technician. This position will report directly to the CEO and perform multiple tasks within the company. We are looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn and a drive to improve our company.

Full-Time position, Paid Holidays, 401k, Healthcare, PTO

Primary Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):

• Provisioning new Desktops for use
• Maintenance of Vonage business phone system
• Daily IT Support and Audits within the company
• Ensuring Backups are running and current
• Systems administration - Including but not limited to setting up new user accounts, emails, and access levels.
• Property management experience in digital environment knowledge with programs like Appfolio, Shomojo, and marketing systems
• Other responsibilities as assigned

An Associate degree with two (2) years experience; -OR- four (4) years experience. Experience and/or training include advanced level experience working with specific types of hardware and software systems used by the company and demonstrating proficient experience/skills.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019
• Experience with Linux administration and Bash scriptsSome experience maintaining websites with ISPs (GoDaddy,…etc)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially excel and writing formulas), and Google Drive
• General Knowledge of Networking and Troubleshooting
• General knowledge of PC Troubleshooting
