Tier 1 IT Support
You will sssist with the planning, implementation, maintenance and documentation of all area of our systems information network. You will provide assistance and training to all members of our corporate staff as well as our branch offices throughout the country. You will provide helpdesk support via phone, computer, and in-person utilizing our ticketing system for most issues related to hardware, software and peripherals.
