• Setup client basic programs (GSuite, Keap, Appfolio, Zapier, WordPress, Loomly, etc.)
• Troubleshoot network and software issues internally and externally
• Provide guidance and training to the internal tech team
• Implement and update necessary programs/tools to expand our daily efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met
• Partner with HR and CEO to forecast technical advancements and define department needs

• Experience with database and software management
• Team leadership experience
• Web development and/or WordPress experience
