A Leader on The Reynolds Team is defined as someone that HOLDS the Reynolds Team values (please see ISA agreement for list of Core Values) as a CORE part of their everyday life, and operates in such a way where others around them want to follow. A leader on The Reynolds Team CHANGES outcomes, GROWS the department under them, IMPACTS a positive culture for their department, and SERVES every member of their department and of the team! A Reynolds Team Leader operates DAILY as a SERVANT leader in their decision making process and daily routine, they ALWAYS make their department and the team a priority over themselves!

Responsibilities

The ISA Growth Leader (ISAGL) will be held ACCOUNTABLE to LEADING the ISAs that they serve. The ISAGL will be held strictly accountable to the following:

  • Meeting bi-weekly with their ISAs team to Role Play/Address IssuesMeeting once per month with ISA’s to ensure they are hitting their individual commitments
  • Meeting Weekly with Marc to review department numbers and leadership accountability meeting (Coaching Form will be filled out prior to meeting), and giving input on the effect of ISA department when needed.
  • Writing New Scripting for Different Lead Sources – all new scripting to be approved by the Director of Inside Sales
  • Coaching ISAs during and after a phone call with the lead. The ISAGL should be a purist of the script/system and coach their people to do the same.
  • When necessary, make calls on leads that another ISA did not book, and book an appointment! (CHANGING OUTCOMES)
  • Growing Individually as a leader by reading/listening to leadership books, attending leadership or managing training, etc.
  • Coaching ISA’s while on phone to handle objections, booking appointments that otherwise would not have been booked without your intervention.Working with OSA and ISA departments to ensure that QUALITY appointments are given to the OSA’s. No skewing the numbers.
  • Helping OSA Sales Leader to ensure that OSA’s are converting as they should and making decisions to re-assign when necessary.
  • Communicating Openly and Honestly to Director of Inside Sales when a problem arises with one of the ISA’s or OSA's, or an ISA observes an OSA not following the Reynolds Team system.
  • Energize and Motivate the ENTIRE ISA department DAILY to reach the yearly ISA department commitment, so that the team commitment is reached.
  • Ensure that the ISAGLs respective teammates are responding to team communication promptly (CINC, Slack, email, etc)
  • Other Items as they come up!

Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$30,000 + bonuses
