We are a growing irrigation installation and maintenance firm located in Bowling Green, OH. While we sometimes help our irrigation clients with other landscape-related projects around their homes or businesses, our primary focus is irrigation related.

When working on our team, we provide hands-on training to help you become a confident, effective member of our staff.

With a well-maintained company-supplied stocked vehicle, robust job tracking app, and training reference manual, you won't be left guessing how to solve a client's problem or deal with stacks of paperwork.

• Good Customer Service - To ensure positive company perception while interacting with our clients
• Time management - Days are scheduled in the Jobber app for team members so that they know where to be and what to expect upon arrival
• Inventory tracking & usage - We service and install replacement parts when needed, and invoice the clients accordingly
• Use Jobber - this is our dispatch, tracking, and payroll service
• Willing to be on camera - We take pictures and video of our team members while working jobsites so that future clients will know what it looks like when "boots are on the ground"
• Communication with team members/owner - Keep everyone in the loop in regards to what is going well, and what needs improvement
• Bring a positive attitude - Negativity in the workplace is toxic to our culture. Complaining and

• Previous landscape or irrigation experience is preferred but is NOT required for consideration. We offer a robust training program
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
• Good ability to communicate
• Valid driver's license
