Auto Paint & Supply Co., Inc. is currently seeking an Invoicing Coordinator for their growing Waukesha location. This position is responsible for receiving orders from our outside sales team and customers via phone, email, fax, and online orders.

Must be able to work in a warehouse paint store environment.
- Receiving orders via phone, email, fax, and online orders.
- Writing down sales orders from customers and outside sales team.
- Must be able to follow direction from management and prioritize tasks that need to be completed in order of importance.
- Help check-in stock orders.
- Prepares quotes for customers.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Assist in overseeing delivery routes, transfers, and other daily tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- An interest in the automotive and industrial paint market.
- Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via phone.
- Must be able to retrieve product from shelves lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive field is a plus.
- Prior experience customer service position.
- Customer service skills that include problem-solving.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to assist customers in automotive & industrial repair procedures.
