Compensation:

• Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000
• Annual Performance Bonus Potential: $90,000 - $150,000 (uncapped/paid monthly based on KPIs)
• Total Estimated First-Year Earnings: $125,000 - $175,000

• Establish connections with wholesalers, brokers, and individual investors on a local and national level
• Establish and keep up a network of potential business partners
• Review and qualify inbound leads
• Use innovative and targeted outbound prospecting to create new business
• Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations to prospective clients
• Work together with the executive team to improve operations on a daily basis to grow the firm.
• Cultivating long-term relationships
• Consistent follow-up with potential and current customers
• Track, complete, and submit timely and accurate internal documentation, reports, and loan proposals
• Anticipate customer needs through proactive outreach 
• Attend at minimum 2 out-of-office events per month
• Provide an excellent customer experience for all customers

• A willingness to obtain a Florida real estate license (we will point you in the right direction during the interview process if you haven’t already started your licensing process)
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of wholesaling/REI/private money lending processes (preferred)
• Large existing investor network that can be leveraged for new business opportunities (preferred)
• Motivated to create your own sphere of business to generate profits and maximize your earning potential!
