Qualifications

3 reasons why you shouldn’t apply for this job.

#1 You Don't Like Helping People

That is literally the main focus of this job, finding ways of connecting with people (phone, zoom, in-person & events) on a daily basis. This job requires you to talk and listen to people's stories and find ways to help them. If the idea of talking to people, hearing their stories, finding solutions, and helping them with our processes sounds painful then this job would be a pretty bad fit for you.

#2 You Want An Easy Job

To be honest, we want someone that understands and loves that growth is challenging, and it requires doing the right things consistently over sustained periods of time. The ideal person thrives in a high growth and challenging environment that wants unlimited upside. Those rewards can come in many forms, bigger challenges, more responsibilities, accolades, money, and prestige.

#3 You Enjoy Doing The Same Thing Every Day

Routines and systems are great. We love them and use them but this job requires someone who can think on their feet, pivot from one thing to the next, be proactively thinking of ways to improve, and be willing to test out and try new ideas while also maintaining the requirements of the job.

If you’ve read this far and are thinking those reasons apply to you then no worries we are not the right fit for everyone and hope you do find what you’re looking for in your job search.

But, if you’re thinking this sounds interesting. None of those reasons apply to me. Then let’s give you some reasons why you might be a good fit to work with us.

#1 Tacos

This has nothing to do with the job but we do love some tacos and at times (random Tuesdays and even Thursdays) enjoy them together as a team and debate on what type of tacos are the best. If you don’t eat tacos, that doesn’t preclude you from the job but we’re curious have you ever tried tacos?

#2 Money

While we do believe having a fun working environment with rad coworkers and doing challenging work has its own rewards to it. Call us old-fashioned but we still love paying handsomely for those that are hardworking and deliver success. So if you are not independently wealthy and desire paying work we offer that.

#3 Impact & Accountability

As a boutique firm that is focused on growing the organization, you will have a direct impact on helping us achieve our company goals. Things like key performance indicators (KPIs), customer relationship management (CRM), goals, quarterly rocks, and milestones don’t scare you but give you comfort that there will be some framework to help you achieve your goals then we might be a good fit for you.
