The Inventory Manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of residential maintenance material. You strive to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

The ideal candidate should have a natural fascination for record-keeping, attention to detail, and maintaining an organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience with handling residential maintenance material. You must be an effective written and verbal communicator. Salary will depend on the experience of the candidate.

  • Strategically manage the Company warehouse and materials in compliance with Company’s procedures and vision
  • Reconcile stock materials with data storage software and daily records to identify any shortages and to account for all material
  • Ensure product stock is adequate and can cover direct demand from all Company operations
  • Strive to reduce expenses by researching pricing of all material
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly to Supervisor
  • Maintain daily/weekly records of purchases and used material
  • Process orders promptly in accordance with budgetary restraints
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met and approve quality of material delivered
  • Inspect condition of tools and equipment


  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, preferred
  • Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), a plus


  • 2+ years’ experience in inventory management and logistics
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate
  • 5+ years’ experience in residential maintenance repair tools and materials
  • Expertise with Microsoft Project and MS Office, and general computer knowledge
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High analytical mind with strong math skills
