• Track lead source data
• Think outside the box and come up with creative ways to track team data
• Be able to build and manage spreadsheets
• Work closely with the COO and salesforce
• Determine what lead source is performing the best, worst, and needs improvement
• Investigate old leads, current leads, future leads to see where they are coming from and what happened with them

• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Must love problem-solving and be a creative thinker
• Must be good at math and be able to calculate percentages
• Driven, team player
• Must check ego at the door
