Our Intake Success System is looking for someone with law firm experience to do mystery shopping on our law firm clients and give real-time feedback to their intake team on how to improve the first intake experience.

The Intake Success System is a program designed to teach customer services, relationship building, pre-sales, institutional knowledge building, and sales to intake specialists at law firms.

Here’s what we are looking for in a Junior Coach candidate:

• Experience with legal intake, preferably as an intake manager
• Substantial insight into the psychology of sales
• Sales chops and acumen
• Experience with team coaching, teaching, and/or professional development of others a strong PLUS
• Humble, hungry, and smart
