Our rapidly-growing company is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and send out intake packages. You will guide them in completing their package so that they can get the counseling that is needed. Manage new client onboarding and data entry, keep up with spreadsheets, issue certificates, book and manage their appointments.

You are the director of first impressions. You must be excellent at spreadsheets, being organized, and able to handle multiple clients via phone, email and text on a daily basis. Data entry is a very important piece of this puzzle when it comes to uploaded information into the system for each and every client.

We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!
