We're looking for a driven and motivated new intake coordinator to join our fast-paced team. In the role, you will meet with new potential clients and go through the screening criteria of the firm. You will coordinate with lawyers and schedule strategy sessions and consultations. You will bring exceptional sales skills to assist with new client onboarding. You’ll need outstanding communication skills and sales skills to convert new clients looking for family law help and collaborate with our attorneys to ensure the client is a good fit for the firm. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets.   • Develop and follow systems for follow-up with potential clients
  • Time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Walking potential clients through the client journey from initial contact to hiring the firm
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development


  • Three years of sales experience closing and winning projects
  • Sales management experience preferred
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus
  • Must be local to AZ or be willing to relocate
  • Prior connection to or background in the legal industry preferred

$150,000 - $220,000 yearly

We practice in the Maricopa County and Pinal County. We operate mostly remotely and have offices to work at or meet clients when needed from time to time. We have in-person off-sites and zoom meetings to promote team building and education.
