Our insurance firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our hiring needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You’ll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
  • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
  • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information

  • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates

Qualifications
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
  • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates

  • At least 1+ years of recruiting industry experience, 2 years preferred

Compensation
$60,000 yearly
