Our insurance company is currently in a high-growth phase and we’re seeking an established recruiting expert to take the reins on our hiring process across all divisions. You’ll scope out job fairs and social media to find us the best up-and-coming insurance professionals bring them to our team. Responsibilities
  • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent
  • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
  • Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed
  • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information

  • Developing a referral network to source 100 warm recruiting leads on a monthly basis
  • Mining multiple resume databases to identify qualified candidates and scheduling screening interviews
  • Conducting 30 monthly screening interviews and managing candidates through our 3-interview selection process
  • Managing all incoming applications and scheduling qualified candidates for screening interviews
  • Keeping job postings refreshed on all sites
  • Be up to date on current recruiting trends, tools, and technology

Qualifications
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
  • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary
  • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
  • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
Compensation
$12 - $14 per hour plus bonuses
