As an Insurance Solutions Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing personalized insurance solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and solutions, including life, health, disability, and property insurance.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance coverage options to protect their assets, income, and loved ones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and identify opportunities to enhance coverage or provide cost-saving recommendations.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and manage policy documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their insurance coverage remains suitable and meets their evolving needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and insurance transactions using CRM software or other systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent, Insurance Advisor, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, disability, and property insurance.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Active insurance licensure for the relevant state(s) or a willingness to obtain required licenses.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using insurance quoting systems, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel or virtual meetings, as needed.
