DUTIES:
You’ll prospect a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach and exceed your goals. Compensation is 100% commission:

• Part-time agents can make $2-4K a month
• Full-time agents can make $10-15K or more a month

• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
• Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
• Gain access to purchase leads program so you never have to COLD CALL!
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings as you are able

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service or experience as a sales representative is a plus
• Candidates with an active Life and Health insurance license are strongly preferred
• Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain - we help you do so
• Enjoy talking to, helping, and building professional relationships with Clients
