  • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
  • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
  • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent
  • Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
  • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions
  • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary
  • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
