Responsibilities
- Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent
- Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media
- Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not
- Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed
- Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
Qualifications
- Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions
- B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary
- Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
- Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
- At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
Compensation
$31,000 - $42,000 yearly
