We want to add a motivated and personable new team member to one of our successful groups that specializes in the physician market with discounted disability insurance for residents. Are you a licensed insurance agent who would like to build a book of business of your own and receive mentoring to develop your own practice for long-term growth? Or a securities registered agent who has wanted to enter the hospital and physician market with your financial services practice? This is your opportunity!
The ideal candidate will be familiar with online and virtual prospecting and will have the drive to use leads to generate more business and production. You must have your Life and Health insurance license. With additional securities licensing, you can add additional income production to a book of business that you own. If you have considered financial services, but were concerned about making the leap from salary to commission-based, then this is the perfect launching pad that provides leads and prospects to accelerate your launch. It is a career that is based primarily on commissions and your own effort and performance, but there is additional income available to those new to life insurance. You will have the ability to increase your earnings each year with the residual streams of income from your book. You’ll also have access to a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission with annual increases
