Responsibilities
  • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly
  • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals
  • Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent
  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
  • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
  • Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed
  • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
  • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
  • One year minimum sales experience preferred
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
