  • Conduct phone presentations to sell life insurance policies best suited for the client,
  • Expand business through our amazing referral program and free leads,
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations,
  • Maintain a high day-to-day call volume to maximize customer contact with leads provided,
  • Effectively gather referrals on every call,
  • Maintain acceptable business quality,
  • Be a contributing member of a team.

  • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • String work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Must be coachable
  • Life insurance license (if not licensed, cost reimbursement may be provided for serious candidates)
