We are looking for a mission-focused and confident insurance advisor.

This employee will be full-time and help with advisement and relationship-based work to provide proactive insurance services by educating, advising, and building relationships with our community. Here's the difference, most insurance sales positions have to scrap and market themselves like crazy just to get by in the beginning, but you won't have to. We already have a successful mortgage operation that will be referring our advisor business from day one. We need someone that can develop strong relationships and successfully advise our clients to best protect them. • Providing home and auto insurance quotes
• Analyzing client financial picture to determine correct coverages
• Servicing policy changes
• Build relationships with our community and industry vendors

• Desire and willingness to serve others
• Desire and willingness to see other people win
• Ability to connect and build relationships with others
• Semi-advanced knowledge and understanding of telecommunication
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system and other Microsoft
• Programs including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to articulate well and write with proper grammar
• Take an Emotional Intelligence test
• Take a Working Genius test
• Pass the Oklahoma Department of Insurance Property and Casualty Test
• Maintain Insurance License
• Provide negative drug test if management requests
• Provide the ability to inquire with the most recent employer
