Movement Insurance is currently interviewing for a position available on the quality control team for Property and Casualty Insurance. This team works directly with our sales department to provide support during the new business process.

  • Processing personal lines insurance policies
  • Payments at New Business (making sure payments are received by the insurance company from the home closing)
  • Obtaining signed applications and other documents from clients during the new business process
  • Maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers, so as to either achieve or retain a favorable status for Movement Insurance
  • 1 year of experience working with personal lines of insurance (home and auto) or another professional customer service role
  • P&C license required or willing to get licensed within the 1st month of employment
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, adaptability, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Present self in professional manner and able to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills – including Microsoft Office and industry-specific computer software
