• Manage office’s administrative duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing staff
• Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
• Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
• Maintain office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget
• Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned

NOTE: some sales will be required

• Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
• General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
