We're looking for an insurance office assistant to help our busy team! You’ll answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the right person to make sure we deliver the best possible client service. You’ll also keep our office organized by filing paperwork and keeping track of expenses. Responsibilities
  • Adapt to the team needs and assist with other projects as needed
  • Respond to emails and phone calls to help customers solve problems quickly and direct their inquiries to the right person
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
  • Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed
  • Enter current customer data into our database regularly to make sure it’s readily available
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possesses basic computer skills such as word-processing and the ability to using Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Must have high school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred
  • 2+ years work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred
Compensation
$32,000 - $40,000
