• Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
• Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
• Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling
• Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary

• Experience in outbound calls and speaking with potential clients
• Warm and friendly attitude and works well with others
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Required to become licensed and selling within 30 days
