We are seeking an organized and highly motivated team member who is eager to connect new, existing, and prospective clients with policies that best meet their needs. Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes and new insurance needs. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims, and recommend new policies as needed. Insurance licenses will be required and paid for along with training needed to succeed in this position.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Process insurance claims and premium payments
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
