• Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
• Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal
• Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
• Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
• Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction

• As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them understand their insurance policies.
• You will also be responsible for processing policy applications, processing changes to current policy, answering client questions and concerns, providing quotes and policy information, and providing general advice on insurance and risk management strategies.

• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred
• Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed

• Must have current Texas P&C License
• The ideal candidate should have experience in the personal lines insurance field and a deep knowledge of the industry.
• They should also have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, the ability to work independently as well as on a team, and a commitment to providing the highest quality customer service.
