- Effectively outline and install a productive customer loyalty program
- Set attainable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to consistently meet goals
- Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies
- Present a clear understanding of policy changes or rate fluctuations to clients with questions regarding policies
- A high school diploma or equivalent graduate degree such as a G.E.D. is required
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
- This position requires at least 2 years of previous insurance experience
- A current 4-40 license is required; a 2-20 license is preferred
