This position has remote flexibility within the state of California.

• Serve as clients’ trusted advisors, in part, by developing risk management reports effective in reducing the need to file insurance claims
• Clearly explain all insurance coverage to clients and keep up with all insurance industry changes, including limitations, regulations, and relevant legislation that may impact available insurance services
• Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to determine commercial insurance needs against available insurance products and negotiation terms and conditions based

• Review policy documents for accuracy, manage endorsements and electronically file policy documents

• Computer proficiency is required, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
• Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for commercial lines
• Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required

• Hold a valid CA Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to acquire one within first 6 months of employment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Can type 65+ wpm
