We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
• Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
• Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
• Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries

• Intake quote information and add to the internal management system
• Make appointments for clients to ensure a positive and timely experience

• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

• Professional in both appearance and attitude
• No license necessary
