A Commercial P&C Technical Assistant is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and precise. The role requires you to possess project management and communication skills in order to meet customer service demands. Self-disciplined follow-through is required to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with account team/client demands and in accordance with quality and procedural standards. Our team-based environment is fast-paced and requires collaboration and a supportive approach. As a support professional, you will help develop and execute client service tasks by working with Client Executives and Sales. You must be flexible and able to perform in a varied and sometimes challenging environment.
