Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales
  • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets
  • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
  • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
  • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits

This is a sales position that requires enthusiasm, motivation, and hustle! Primary responsibilities include making phone calls to schedule appointments, meeting with individuals to assess their life insurance needs and offer solutions, selling insurance, completing paperwork, and following up to ensure the successful implementation of insurance products. You must be willing to network with your market to generate leads and sales. We will provide leads to the right person.

You must be willing to:

  • Maintain a schedule
  • Attend trainings when needed
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Attend daily dial sessions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance
  • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
  • Must have active insurance agent license in your state
  • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management or supervisory position
  • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

  • Life Insurance License in any state (or willing to get one)
  • High ethical standards and a clean compliance history
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills (including excellent telephone skills)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000 yearly
