Our Farmers Insurance District Office has an exciting opportunity for business professionals who are ready to grow their careers in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, self-reliant leader with a proven track record of success. If selected, you’ll receive an already established book of business with the additional structural and financial support that our company provides. We’re offering $10,000 in an office startup bonus, up to a 300% commission bonus monthly, and up to a 60% annual commission bonus on top of our already competitive compensation structure. • Sell and solicit Farmers products and actively market in your community to generate more business
• Participate in ongoing training and support through the University of Farmers to maximize your success
• Execute sales-based marketing strategies such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify and secure new customers that will grow your book of business
• Schedule meetings with new and potential clients in order to learn and document their needs; financial statuses; stage-of-life priorities; and insurance plan preferences to ensure the best policy fit for their own unique circumstances
• Make sure all quotes, procedures, and practices comply with Farmers expectations

• Candidates must have Life and Health, plus General Lines Property and Casualty licenses
• Needs to have General Lines experience - both Personal and Commercial
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are required to build rapport with new and existing clients
• Should have insurance agent or sales experience; history of self-employment considered a plus
• Successful completion of a background check is required

• Must be willing to obtain Insurance Licenses (we will cover the fees)
