Peco Insurance LLC, is seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead our agency performance. We sell Commercial Vehicles coverage in 32 states now. The Agency Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, marketing strategies, an expert in the use of CRMs, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients. You should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and make recommendations.
To be successful as an Agency Manager, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are needed. A first-class Agency Manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
