Job Summary

• USA Insulation Installation Technicians enjoy year-round employment and variety in the work they do. They spend each day at a different location and work with a team of 2-3 installers, servicing residential and commercial buildings by installing various USA Insulation products.

• Keep home clean during and after installation (inside and out)
• Interact with customers in a professional manner answering related questions and educating customers on service and installation features
• Pride yourself on high-quality installations and doing the job right the first time
• Provide all customers with excellent customer service
• Follow all policies and procedures of USA Insulation while on duty
• Be a supportive team member by respecting and working well with others
• Perform any and all other functions or tasks assigned by the crew chief and owner/operator

• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme heat
• Able to work on ladders (up to 28ft)
• Able to work with hand tools
• Able to count and handle money
• Able to work with drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
• No “insulation” experience is required, however, preferred
• Must have a valid state driver’s license
• Non-negligent driving record
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must be able to count and collect money
• Physical exam (275 lbs. weight limit in working clothes & safety gear)
• Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
• Installers must possess good organization and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to handle customer concerns
• Commitment to customer service with a high level of integrity
• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps, and hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems
