If you’re enthusiastic about helping others and enjoy meeting new people, we may have the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a full-time telemarketer to provide excellent customer service for our busy mortgage office.
You will be working with real estate agents to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and gather referrals from previous clients. We provide a script, but you’ll need to be a quick thinker and problem-solver to answer client questions, address concerns, or direct clients to the proper channel. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience, along with the strong ability to multitask. Previous experience in an inside sales role is highly desirable.

- Build and maintain a system for gathering referrals from past clients
- Track and log all calls made to set appointments for real estate agents based on weekly quotas
- Make appointments to loan officers on behalf of real estate agents
- Inform clients about products, prices, features, and their benefits through scripted phone calls
- Field basic questions from clients about product and services or direct to proper channel
- Computer skills and software knowledge including Microsoft Word and Google Docs preferred
- 1 year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Computer and internet access that can be used for work is required
- High-quality headset with a microphone is required
$12 - $16 hourly
