We’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Manager who love to make a great first impression and get results! This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers superior customer service and has the skills to generate multiple sales opportunities for our growing business. 

You love working hard to provide the best support to customers in hopes of generating a sale for the team. This person will also be an excellent leader, pushing their team to exceed monthly goals.

  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
  • You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Oversee, train and push sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals.
