Who are we searching for? 

The Inside Sales Agent draws energy from working with individuals and works with a desire to move quickly. This energetic, self-beginning individual with energy for selling is responsible for converting leads to appointments through customized follow-up. 

This individual will take responsibility for, and effectively improve the conversion process to achieve the highest effectiveness.

This individual will be responsible for running a group inside a group.

The Inside Sales agents exercise straightforwardly influences, and as such, they are profoundly dedicated to the group accomplishing more prominent and more noteworthy degrees of progress, just as to developing their own abilities and forming into a pioneer inside the group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Inside Sales Agents - including coaching, and time off. 
  • Oversee the CRM and the flow of leads through the system ensuring that all leads have a consistent and repeatable follow up process 
  • Coordinate the scripts that the ISA’s and Agents will use and make sure they are updated regularly and following DNC standards 
  • Run the department like a business - update a P&L statement and make sure that the team is bringing in a consistent ROI that is within team standards. 

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (We will help you get one!)
  • Experience in coaching, and retaining ISA’s
  • Ability to practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Ability to create and manage effective processes and systems for the lead flow that will keep all team members informed on the lead and create a smooth transaction through the sales process.

Compensation
$50,000 + Commission
