- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move efficiently through sales process
- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude
- Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
