We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales team. In this position, you will handle inbound sales leads and re-engage with existing leads from our database of potential home buyers and sellers. You need to be an expert at identifying needs, making skillful recommendations, and setting appointments while building lasting relationships. But NO prior real estate experience is needed. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and maintain rapport with customers. Our ideal candidate has effective written and verbal communication skills along with excellent phone skills. You will be a strong closer to set appointments. Super successful sales reps are comfortable in memorizing and delivering call scripts while providing excellent customer service. More important than selling is the ability to listen. Do you excel at relationship building while being highly organized and detail-oriented? Are you able to meet and exceed all assigned goals? If you said yes and you are proficient with computers and be able to effectively work within multiple systems, we REALLY want to talk to you! Base plus commission = unlimited income!

Responsibilities

  • Uncover buying opportunities and qualify them to move them forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture and grow home buying and selling opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Uncover details into the customer's home buying journey. Find out where they are in the sales process so our teams can act quickly and efficiently to provide the absolute best customer experience.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on.
  • You will spend the larger part of your day working with prospective clients via telephone, text, and email, make outbound calls and provide additional information, overcome objections and close the sale

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to close the sale on a single call
  • Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely.

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
