We are looking for a skilled, dynamic and determined individual to fill our Inside Service Position for our Industry leading Real Estate Brokerages - BOTH FULL TIME and PART TIME. The person qualified for this position has experience in cultivating leads and setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in an active CRM database. The Inside service position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills and attention to detail is very important. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. This position will be an integral part of our core sales team. The ability to collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients but fellow team members is a core value we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team.

The person qualified for the Inside Service Associate position is positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution oriented and understand the value of communication, maintains self-confidence and is self motivating, and has the ability to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusions. This person will also be responsible for prospecting leads, performing mails outs, preparing listing packets and maintaining the lead database.

Responsibilities
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Accurate and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills.
  • Inside sales or telemarketing experience.
  • Ability to be organized and stay focused. 
  • Follow-up on all leads in a timely manner.
Compensation
$60,000 a year - open ended compensation plan
