What it takes to be successful:
- Assess and identify the needs of prospects over the phone
- An in-depth understanding of our systems and processes (we'll teach you, don't worry) to assist our potential clients with growth and overcoming their limiting beliefs.
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Engage in sales training
- Learn, practice, and create dialogue for more effective phone calls
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
