We are growing and looking for an outgoing Inside Sales Account Executive to help us smash our sales goals! As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to present, promote and sell Batch Service platforms to prospective and existing customers. This is a great position for people who love working in a fast-paced environment where they can maximize their earning potential. • 50+ calls a days
• Contact prospective customers through warm lead generation
• Work with potential customers to understand and identify their strategic vision and needs
• Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
• Update CRM to ensure information about prospective and current customers is accurate and up to date
• Meet Daily/Monthly/Quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Be passionate about Batch Service

• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two years of previous sales experience

• Outgoing, charismatic and energetic personality that connects with various personalities easily
• Ability to think quickly to overcome objections in the sales process by suggesting solutions

This is NOT a remote position. Must be in Phoenix area to be considered.
