We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales agent to help us exceed our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. This is a great position for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment where they can maximize their earning potential. In this role, you will be the first contact and key nurturer of all email, phone, and social media inquiries. The role and responsibilities of our Inside Sales Agents are to qualify, assign, and nurture all incoming clients and leads. You will be assigning these qualified leads to our agents based on their personal skills, experience, and availability. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now! Responsibilities
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

  • Demonstrates a true understanding of the use of scripts and filtering true leads
  • Able to expand clientele by finding new leads, referrals, and business opportunities. 
  • Maintain, update and clearly report/update results into SISU, Google Sheets, and CRM
  • Regular check-ins to discuss and keep on top of monthly and quarterly performance to see that set goals are achieve

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

  • A basic understanding of real estate knowledge and understanding required
  • Strong Computer Proficiency required.
  • Must have a valid CAD driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Able to expand clientele by finding new leads, referrals, and business opportunities. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional with excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
  • Ability to work within a Team and communicate effectively with others.

** This is a commission-driven position with the potential to earn a lot more on top of your base salary **

Compensation
$30,000 - $38,000
