We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. Our focus is to provide outstanding customer service and a unique experience for each client. We are expanding rapidly and building client relationships daily. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling warm leads, negotiating prices, and following up with clients when necessary. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Follow up on warm leads to further the sales process
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system
- Understand and explain our services to clients
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 + years of sales experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Exceptional verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Compensation
$38,000 - $150,000 yearly
