About Floors n More is a locally owned flooring business located in Jacksonville, Florida dedicated to bringing the best quality floors to our customers. We were founded in 2003 and have been serving the Jacksonville community for almost two decades. About Floors n More is a company built on hard work, loyalty, and integrity. The Position: ABFM sales person is responsible for attending to customer’s needs while in the store. Must drive to customers' houses to measure their homes. Must coordinate ordering and installation with the customer and scheduler and ordering department. Must be able to communicate well on the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
