Responsibilities
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication

  • Drive growth by calling Buyer/Seller leads, Expired listings, For Sale By Owners, and follow up with both past and current customers
  • Converting leads into customers by setting appointments daily
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, and professional networking
  • Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota!
  • Set appointments for top agents licensed with the Main Line brokerage
  • Develop client relationships and set appointments quickly
  • Work directly with and help manage the sales and admin team’s calendar
  • Work directly with the marketing team to help promote new business

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Competitive/Winning attitude. Must want to be #1
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
  • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Not required)
  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell; not easily intimidated
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to work hard
  • Be committed to lead generation
  • Hungry to set appointments & make money
