$24,000 plus BONUSES per closed deal with a potential to make $80,000 - $120,000/year

• Must be able to be on the phone calling leads 7-9 hours a day
• Follow instructions given on the way to talk to the leads and on using CRM
• Use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

• Excellent phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. Must not fear having challenging phone conversations
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Passionate about selling
• Extremely organized
• Independent and self-motivated
• Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Quick on your feet
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
